AS400 session troubles...
AS400 sessions will normally reset themselves after 10 minutes, so if you are having troubles, just close out your AS400 windows and wait at least 10 minutes before trying again.

Our school server was just rebooted...
If your school server was just rebooted, please wait at least 10-20 minutes for the server to come back online before rebooting your computer and logging on.

Is there a limit on the size of my L drive?
There is not a limit on the size of your L drive, however we do ask that you try to minimize space usage. Please only store files that are related to your current work. Executable files of any kind are not permitted.

Why can't I use the switches to turn on/off the computers in our computer lab anymore?
We are currently installing software throughout the computer labs in the school district that will automatically shut the computers off at 4pm every weekday. We must keep the main power switches on so that the machines will turn on automatically on the weekend to complete a scheduled maintenance task.
NOTE: This only applies to schools running the new DeepFreeze. A sign will be posted on the switches if you are not to use them.

There is a popup saying the computer will shut down but I want to keep working.
If you would like to keep your computer on when it prompts for shutdown -- this will usually happen around 4pm each day -- just click the "Cancel" button.
